Owner
Geoff Stafford was born and raised in sunny Southern California. Growing up he enjoyed the many camping trips his family took together. This has led Geoff into buying and selling rural land across America. Land where folks can get away from the city and camp, hunt, fish, and hike is what can bring great enjoyment for young and old. Land is also a great long term investment since they just aren't making any more of it! At Stafford Land, LLC we aim to provide exceptional service to individuals wanting to sell and buy land.
Our history
We launched Stafford Land, LLC to work with buyers and sellers of land across the United States. We launched in 2024, but even though we are brand new, we bring a wealth of knowledge and connections in the land investing business. Do not let our young company deter you, we have 100s of other land investing professionals we work with daily to make sure we can handle even the most complex transactions.
